Job Description

Join Spectrum Health Care as an HR Coordinator in Mississauga, where you'll manage essential HR functions and enhance employee experiences. This full-time role is key to supporting our compassionate staff.

We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to handle onboarding, data accuracy, and HR administration. In this position, you will coordinate new hire processes, maintain employee records, and liaise with payroll regarding employment matters. Your role will also encompass supporting HR programs and organizing training initiatives to promote workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coordination of new hire documentation
  • Input and manage employee data in HRIS systems
  • Collaborate with Finance on payroll-related transactions
  • Assist in organizing and managing HR communications
  • Schedule training enrollment and track attendance

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
  • CHRP certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
