Description
Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI), a two-time USAToday Top Workplaces awardee and Washington Top Workplaces honoree, is seeking a Digital Adoption SME with deep PeopleSoft expertise to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and execution of digital adoption strategies for PeopleSoft and related enterprise platforms, helping end users adopt new functionality, improve process compliance, and reduce reliance on traditional training and help desk support.
This role requires a strong combination of PeopleSoft functional knowledge, Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and/or other digital adoption platform experience (WalkMe, Whatfix, etc.), and change enablement expertise. This position will serve as a Digital Adoption Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PeopleSoft, leading digital adoption initiatives and driving end-user proficiency across PeopleSoft and related enterprise systems. This individual will combine deep PeopleSoft expertise with digital adoption platform (DAP) experience and change management skills to ensure successful adoption and optimized system use.
As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of digital adoption strategies for PeopleSoft and related enterprise applications.
- Configure and manage digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) to deliver in-application guidance and training.
- Collaborate with change management and training teams to develop integrated user adoption programs.
- Assess user adoption metrics and develop targeted interventions to improve proficiency and reduce support burden.
- Analyze user journeys, transaction pain points, and support trends to identify opportunities to improve the PeopleSoft user experience and increase successful task completion.
- Serve as the primary SME for PeopleSoft functionality, configuration, and user experience.
- Develop digital adoption content, including guided walkthroughs, step-by-step prompts, field-level help, announcements, knowledge links, embedded support content, smart tips, and self-help resources.
- Provide recommendations for PeopleSoft UX improvements to enhance user adoption.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure digital adoption content remains accurate through system changes, releases, and enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including a strong understanding of end-user workflows and business process execution.
- 3+ years of experience in digital adoption, user enablement, change management, or in-application training solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing or administering Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), WalkMe, Whatfix, or similar digital adoption platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate system functionality into clear, user-friendly guidance.
- Ability to work effectively across business, training, functional, and technical teams.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) in Oracle or PeopleSoft enterprise environments.
- OGL, WalkMe Certified Builder, or equivalent DAP certification.
- PeopleSoft HCM or Financials functional certification.
- Experience leading digital adoption programs within DoD or federal agency environments.
- Experience supporting ERP modernization, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.

- Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Work Environment: On-site as required by the contract.
- This is a full-time, W2 position.
