Spartan is hosting an exclusive Sales Combine — a 2-day, high-energy recruiting event where top early-career talent competes, connects, and earns a spot on our sales team.

We’re bringing together a select group of candidates from across the country to:
- Meet directly with sales leadership
- Participate in fast-paced interview sessions

What You’ll Do (If selected)
During the Combine, you will:
- Participate in “speed-style” interviews with sales leaders
- Engage in real-world sales exercises and challenges
- Attend sessions on sales strategy, career growth, and performance
- Network with current top performers and leadership
- Compete for a full-time Junior Sales Representative role
Basic Qualifications
- Recent college graduate (all majors welcome)
- Available to attend the Spartan Sales Combine (August 11–12) in Bel Air, MD
- Willingness to travel (expenses covered for selected candidates)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
