About the Opportunity

Spartan is hosting an exclusive Sales Combine — a 2-day, high-energy recruiting event where top early-career talent competes, connects, and earns a spot on our sales team.

We’re bringing together a select group of candidates from across the country to:

  • Meet directly with sales leadership
  • Participate in fast-paced interview sessions
  • Learn how high-performing sales organizations operate
  • Compete for full-time offers on the spot

What You’ll Do (If selected)

During the Combine, you will:

  • Participate in “speed-style” interviews with sales leaders
  • Engage in real-world sales exercises and challenges
  • Attend sessions on sales strategy, career growth, and performance
  • Network with current top performers and leadership
  • Compete for a full-time Junior Sales Representative role

Basic Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate (all majors welcome)
  • Available to attend the Spartan Sales Combine (August 11–12) in Bel Air, MD
  • Willingness to travel (expenses covered for selected candidates)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
