Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with experience in pneumatic systems and solutions for the cement industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and promoting pneumatic products such as solenoid valves, pulse jet valves, air preparation units, and related systems used in cement plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers in integrated cement plants, grinding units, and OEMs
• Promote and sell pneumatic products such as:
• Pulse Jet Valves (Bag Filters / Dust Collection Systems)
• Solenoid Valves
• Pneumatic Cylinders & FRL units
• Handle techno-commercial discussions with plant engineers and procurement teams
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and close orders
• Conduct site visits, product trials, and technical presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical
• 2–6 years of experience in pneumatics sales, preferably in the cement industry
• Strong understanding of bag filters, dust collection systems, and plant maintenance practices
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with cement majors like UltraTech, ACC, Dalmia, Shree Cement, etc.
• Exposure to brands like ASCO, Festo, SMC, or similar pneumatic systems

Compensation

• ₹2.4 – ₹4.8 LPA (depending on experience)
