BI Engineer - Tableau - SR1

This is a remote position.

We are are looking for a Senior Tableau Engineer who is passionate about data visualisation and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact dashboards, build scalable data pipelines, and create robust business intelligence solutions for enterprise-level clients. You will play a key role in translating complex business requirements into intuitive visual narratives that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of specialized experience in Tableau dashboard development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong experience in designing and developing complex Tableau dashboards that translate intricate business requirements into intuitive visual narratives
• Expertise in architecting end-to-end ETL pipelines to transform raw data into structured, meaningful insights
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex, performance-optimized queries
• Deep understanding of data modeling, optimization, and transformation techniques for performance and scalability
• Hands-on experience in advanced data cleaning and transforming unstructured data into actionable structured formats
• Proven ability to develop and maintain robust data visualization solutions that drive strategic decision-making
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and visualize business intelligence requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
