<p><span data-contrast="auto">The</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Senior Manager, Web Program Management,</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of Sono Bello’s web initiatives to support patient acquisition, lead generation, and conversion. This role, reporting to the Director of Digital Product, partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, scalable web experiences that align with business goals and enhance the patient journey.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a highly cross-functional role focused on program delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of web performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with the Digital Product Director to define strategic priorities and implement the web roadmap</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with the Digital Product Director to scope out and build AI agent solutions into the workflows to streamline the operations and drive efficiency</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and external agencies) to deliver web initiatives on time and within scope</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage execution of key projects, including website maintenance/enhancements, CMS updates, listing management, and feature releases</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive ongoing website optimization through testing, personalization, SEO, and UX improvements to improve lead generation and conversion</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Establish and manage program processes, including intake, prioritization, timelines, and resource coordination</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion; provide insights and recommendations for improvement</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct research and data analyses to support assessment of strategic web opportunities</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges; proactively manage issue resolution and escalate when appropriate</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Legal to ensure web content meets healthcare regulatory standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support the successful execution of web initiatives</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">8+ years of experience in web program management, digital product management, or marketing operations</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience delivering cross-functional web or digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Unbounce, Adobe Experience Manager), and analytics tools (e.g., GA4)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in healthcare, retail, or service-based industries is a plus</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION:</strong></p>
<p>At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $128,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.</p>
