The Firm & Opportunity:

We’re working with a leading AmLaw firm looking to grow its Emerging Companies & Venture Capital team in New York - a group that’s built a strong reputation advising high-growth companies and the investors behind them.

This role is for practicing attorneys only.

This is a great seat for associates who want to be closer to founders and investors and get more involved day-to-day. You’ll work across the full lifecycle - from formation and early financings through to later-stage transactions — with real exposure and responsibility.

One thing that stands out here is how steady the workflow has been. The team isn’t overly concentrated in one sector, which has helped keep things busy even when parts of the market slow.

Key Experience:

We’re interested in speaking with attorneys who have:

• 3-6 years of experience in a corporate practice
• Meaningful experience advising venture-backed or growth-stage companies
• Experience with venture capital financings and general corporate counseling
• Exposure to company-side work throughout the growth cycle
• Strong academic background and training at a well-regarded law firm
