Windows Administrator-L4 role-Noida location

Required Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on IT support experience, including at least 23 years at a Tier 3/4 level.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently across various platforms and technologies.
• Strong understanding of endpoint deployment, configuration, imaging, and software provisioning.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment tools and ticketing systems (e.g., SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow).
• Basic scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or similar for task automation.
• Comfortable supporting both users and backend infrastructure, including Windows/Linux server environments.
• Ability to read and interpret system architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal direction.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or similar are a plus.
• CompTia A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus.
• 2-3 years of Audio/Visual hands-on support in an enterprise environment.
