We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The role focuses on supporting high‑availability applications across distributed systems, web services, and batch processing environments. As an AppOps Engineer, you will handle production support, troubleshoot complex issues across multi‑tier systems, enhance monitoring, participate in on‑call rotations, and contribute to automation initiatives. The role requires hands‑on experience with Linux/Unix or Windows platforms and solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Support production and non‑production applications across Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
Troubleshoot issues across distributed systems, APIs, web services, and batch/transaction processing.
Participate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation to manage escalations effectively.
Improve monitoring through dashboards, alerts, and health checks.
Automate operational tasks including deployments, validation, and alert remediation.
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to stability improvements.
