Dynamics 365 CE Consultant – (Hybrid)

We are currently hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Consultant to join an international project environment based primarily onsite in Madrid , with partial remote flexibility.

This is a great opportunity for a mid-level consultant who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering CRM implementations, and contributing across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE (entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, security roles, etc.)
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional CRM solutions
• Provide technical/functional support post-implementation
• Manage small projects or workstreams independently
• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE customisation and configuration
• Experience working in client-facing environments
• Ability to manage tasks or small projects autonomously
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in team-based environments
• English level B2 or higher (international projects)
