We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and voucher entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform data entry and record maintenance in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Marg ERP.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related tasks.

Requirements

• B.Com or relevant qualification.
• Fresher or 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally and Marg ERP.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of inventory management and billing processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
