  • Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building real-world applications (AI/ML, NLP, data pipelines, or full-stack projects).
  • Solid foundation in C++ programming.
  • Experience with software development across multiple layers (backend, frontend, or systems integration).
  • Familiarity with interprocess communication and system integration concepts (preferred).
  • Experience with full-stack technologies (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, Docker, GCP) is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs), or agent-based systems is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, robotics, or 3D printing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to build and iterate quickly.
  • Self-starter with a prominent level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
