Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan for a Fresher Field Service Technician specializing in SCADA systems in solar plants. The technician’s responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining SCADA systems for optimal solar plant operations. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting and repairing technical issues, conducting regular maintenance, documenting processes, and collaborating with engineers to ensure system reliability. Support in testing and optimizing software and hardware components may also be required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SCADA systems and their applications
• Basic IT skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network configuration, and diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems, especially solar power plants
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to on-site locations and work in field environments
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
