Location: Pan India (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and hands-on experience in Application Management Services (AMS) support. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and experience working in SAP HANA / S/4HANA environments, supporting business-critical processes including sales order management, pricing, shipping, logistics, and billing.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve SD processes across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide AMS support for SAP SD module, including incident resolution, service requests, and minor enhancements.
  • Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipping, and Billing.
  • Configure and support key SD functionalities such as pricing procedures, condition techniques, output determination, shipping, and billing processes.
  • Work on consignment, intercompany, and third-party order processes.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical development.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for development of enhancements using BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and routines.
  • Provide functional specifications for SmartForms and SAP Scripts.
  • Support pricing routines, tax calculations, custom tables, and custom transaction requirements.
  • Work on EDI/IDOC integrations and interfaces between SAP and third-party systems.
  • Support inbound and outbound IDOC processing, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, process design, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and LE.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, batch jobs, and data integration processes.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Strong understanding of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SD configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Logistics Execution, and Billing processes.
  • Knowledge of output determination and pricing procedures.
  • Experience working with EDI, IDOCs, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, routines, and enhancements.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Strong understanding of third-party order processing, consignment, and intercompany sales processes.
  • Experience working in SAP HANA or S/4HANA environments.
  • Good understanding of integration with SAP modules such as MM, FI, and LE.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP PI/PO or middleware integrations.
  • Knowledge of SmartForms and SAP Script outputs.
  • Exposure to interface monitoring and batch job management.
  • Experience working in global AMS support environments.
