About the Role
We are an e-commerce brand looking for a dedicated person to handle daily delivery issues (NDR – Non Delivery Reports). The role involves calling customers, confirming delivery availability, and coordinating with our logistics team to reduce failed deliveries and RTO.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers daily for NDR (delivery issue) orders
- Confirm availability and correct address if required
- Send WhatsApp messages for delivery confirmation
- Update order status in Google Sheets / system
- Coordinate with logistics team for reattempts
- Ensure minimum RTO by timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)
- Comfortable with calling and customer handling
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Responsible and consistent with follow-ups

Incentives (Performance Based)
- ₹5 per successful reattempt
- ₹10 per RTO saved
Working Hours
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
