Mandatory Skills - VIP Vehicles Movement, Route Planning, Compliance & Safety

Key Responsibilities

• Route Planning & Logistics: Organize and schedule daily or weekly delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
• Fleet Management: Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, arrange necessary repairs, and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all drivers and transport activities comply with government shipping laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise drivers and dispatch teams, managing work schedules, conducting training, and promoting safe work practices.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor transportation costs, manage overhead, and ensure department expenses align with approved financial budgets.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, shipping delays, or delivery discrepancies
