• * Sheppard Pratt Health System. Sheppard Pratt Health System (SPHS) in Baltimore, Maryland,

Towson and Ellicott City.

• The
• * Catering Manager 3
• * will oversee catering operations across multiple locations on campus. This role requires strong communication skills and executive presence, as the individual will interact regularly with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
• * This role requires a very hands on leader who can:*
• + successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

+ Technologically Savvy- proficent with computers

+ serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless execution of events from planning through delivery

+ oversee catering operations across multiple sites and requires daily trave

+ have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;

+ have the ability and willingness to develop and train front-line employees;

+ have a passion for food and innovation;

+ have knowledge of special diets and allergens; and

• + strong operational experience managing catering events up to 100 people, including hands-on involvement in execution

+ have a strong organizational skillset

+ comfortable organziing, executing and breaking down caterings

+ comfortable potentially stepping in and helping with food preparation

+ excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies;

+ previous experience working in a high volume facility; and

+ strong management skills.
