We’re looking for a Senior Technology Specialist to join our Enterprise Apps team and to take ownership of our endpoint ecosystem and SaaS platforms across a mixed environment (Windows, macOS, and iOS).

This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on systems ownership, platform engineering, and continuous improvement, not traditional help desk support. You’ll play a key role in scaling our environment, improving reliability, and partnering closely with Security and Service Desk team

What You’ll Do

Endpoint & MDM

• Own and evolve management of a mixed fleet of Windows, macOS, and iOS devices across corporate and clinical environments
• Administer, optimize and assist in migration between MDM platforms (Jumpcloud and Fleet)
• Implement and maintain endpoint configurations and standards across all devices
• Partner with Security to operationalize compliance and patching requirements across endpoint environments
• Improve scalability, performance, and security of endpoint management systems

SaaS & Identity

• Own and manage our SaaS ecosystem (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian etc.)
• Partner with the Service Desk to support SSO, SCIM provisioning, and access workfl
