Manufacturing Engineer Role

Based in North America, the Manufacturing Engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives while managing capital equipment projects and ensuring adherence to best practices. Your role includes working closely with production staff to elevate manufacturing standards and minimize errors, ensuring high-quality output and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with production teams to drive continuous improvement
• Implement lean six sigma methodologies across production
• Manage capital projects and enhance production capacity
• Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment reliability
• Provide training on new manufacturing techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
• Five years of manufacturing experience
• Expertise in CAD and project management tools
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Strong analytical and communication skills
