About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad. You will play a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by managing documentation, client communication, and basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, draft, and manage official business documents, quotations, and reports.
  • Billing & Accounting: Create and track professional invoices. Maintain basic books of accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping of daily financial transactions.
  • Office Communication: Manage company email correspondence professionally, ensuring timely responses to clients and vendors.
  • General Administration: Organize and maintain physical and digital files. Assist in coordinating daily office tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized spreadsheets and databases using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data sorting) and MS Word.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of invoicing, taxation (GST basics), and tallying daily expenses.
  • Organization: High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or back-office role. Freshers are also welcome to apply

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • AutoCAD: If you have experience in AutoCAD, it is a significant advantage, and your salary package will be adjusted accordingly.
