Job Description

Oversee a high-performing Customer Success team as a dynamic Team Leader. Lead direct customer engagement, manage onboarding, and ensure clients derive maximum value from offerings.

As a player-coach, you will blend leadership with hands-on client management, guiding the US Customer Success team and mentoring Customer Success Managers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive exceptional onboarding and ongoing support, while fostering team development through effective leadership.

  • Guide and mentor Customer Success Managers consistently
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues
  • Maintain excellent execution of training and onboarding
  • Assess customer usage and engagement health
  • Share and discuss feedback with Product and Operations teams
