Key Responsibilities
Assist in understanding mechanical drawings, BOMs, and specifications
Support evaluation of machined parts, castings, fabrications, and assemblies
Learn material grades and basic manufacturing processes
Assist sourcing team with RFQs, supplier coordination, and data collection
Support quality inspections (dimensional, visual, MTC review)
Help prepare and verify inspection and test documents
Gain exposure to export documentation, packing lists, and shipment readiness
Maintain MIS trackers and basic Excel reports
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and Logistics teams
Training Focus
Mechanical drawing reading
Manufacturing processes (basic level)
Quality & inspection fundamentals
Introduction to import–export processes
Workplace communication & professionalism
KPIs
Learning progress and technical understanding
Accuracy of reports and documentation
Timely task completion

Qualifications
BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
1–2 years experienced candidate
Skills Required
Basic mechanical knowledge
Drawing reading (preferred)
MS Excel & Word
Willingness to learn and adapt

Team-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
