Job Summary

SN Sarraf Hospital is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled ICU Staff Nurse to join our Critical Care Department. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), ensuring patient safety, monitoring vital parameters, and supporting doctors in emergency and critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, oxygen saturation, temperature, ECG, etc.)
• Provide direct bedside nursing care to ICU patients
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors
• Assist in emergency procedures like CPR and resuscitation
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing charts
• Operate ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
• Ensure infection control and maintain ICU hygiene standards
• Communicate patient condition updates to doctors and senior staff
• Support patient relatives with proper guidance (as per hospital policy)
• Follow hospital protocols, SOPs, and safety guidelines strictly

Required Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute
• Valid nursing registration (Nursing Council)
• ICU experience preferred (Freshers may apply if trained)

• Compassionate patient care attitude
• Knowledge of ICU equipment handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,464.08 - ₹25,910.30 per month
