Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team at SMSGATEWAYHUB TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through onboarding, delivering product demonstrations, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. This role is critical in enhancing customer experience and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding
• Assist new clients with account setup and documentation.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Product Demonstrations & Training
• Conduct product demos to showcase SMSGatewayHub’s features.
• Organize training sessions to help customers maximize product usage.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Customer Retention & Relationship Management
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Additional Responsibilities
• Maintain and update FAQs and knowledge base.
• Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, support metrics, and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of SaaS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with patience and empathy.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and support software (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT/Management preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
