Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Civil, based in the Tumkuru Area. The role involves end-to-end management of civil engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, and troubleshooting project challenges to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure-related work
• Proven skills in Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience in Budgeting and cost control for projects
• Thorough understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Effective problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Familiarity with industry-standard construction management software is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget
