Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Plant Manager to lead ammunition/explosive manufacturing and handling operations, ensuring safe processes, strict compliance and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operations and achieve production targets
- Ensure strict safety, SHE & regulatory compliance for explosive materials
- Oversee manufacturing, quality control & product testing
- Drive preventive maintenance and minimize downtime
- Manage budgeting, cost control & CAPEX planning
- Lead and develop team; drive safety-first culture
Requirements
- 10–20 year's experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of explosive handling & safety protocols
- Experience in plant operations, audits & compliance
- Engineering degree preferred
Candidate must have hands-on experience in ORDNANCE FACTORY / AMMUNITION / EXPLOSIVE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Experience in explosive handling, storage & safety compliance is compulsory.
