SMI Protective Security Services Inc. is looking for motivated and driven independent sales representatives to help grow our client base across in and around GTA.

This is only a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with experience in B2B sales, business development, security industry networking, or client relationship management.

The role focuses on generating new contracts for security guard services, construction site security, concierge security, and related services.

Compensation

• Commission-based only
• Earn a percentage of revenue from successfully secured contracts

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients
• Generate leads and secure new security service contracts
• Build relationships with property managers, construction companies, retail businesses, condominium corporations, and commercial clients
• Attend networking opportunities and conduct outreach
• Coordinate with management regarding quotations and client onboarding
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with prospective clients

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Sales or business development experience preferred
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Background / Strong Asset

Candidates with backgrounds in law enforcement, corrections, military, private investigations, emergency services, or the security industry are strongly encouraged to apply. Existing industry relationships and professional networks within property management, construction, retail, or public sector environments are considered a major asset for this role.
