You’ll oversee Maintenance, Client Management, Property Management, and Leasing — ensuring they operate as a unified, high-performing machine. You’ll be the Owner’s strategic partner, helping take the company from 400 doors to 750 doors by December 31, 2027. That means building scalable systems, holding teams accountable, and ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and urgency.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor 7 direct reports, instilling a culture of accountability, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
• Translate the Owner’s strategic vision into actionable plans with clear timelines, measurable goals, and consistent follow-through.
• Build scalable operational systems that can handle rapid growth without sacrificing service quality.
• Oversee property performance metrics — from occupancy rates and maintenance turnaround times to client satisfaction scores — and use data to drive decisions.
• Streamline cross-department workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure projects move efficiently to the finish line.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex client or operational issues, ensuring swift, empathetic, and decisive resolution.
• Partner with the Owner on annual goal-setting, budgeting, and KPI tracking, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations and industry best practices.

Location
