About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy, organized, and personable Customer Success Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for a recent grad or someone with 0–2 years of experience who's eager to learn.
This is a phone-heavy role (5–10 inbound calls/day) where you’ll speak directly with business owners, guide them through our process, and ensure they have a great experience entering our network. You’ll be the first point of contact for sellers—setting the tone, building trust, and helping us maintain high-quality deal flow.

What You’ll Do
- Take
inbound calls from business owners
(5–10/day)
- Ask structured questions to understand their business (revenue, operations, goals, etc.)
- Build quick rapport and make sellers feel comfortable and confident
- Log and organize information cleanly in our systems
- Match sellers with the right buyers in our network
- Follow up with sellers as needed to keep things moving
- Ensure a smooth, professional experience from first call onward

What This Is (and Isn’t)
- This is not a hard sales role — sellers are not paying us
- This
does
require confidence guiding conversations and asking good questions
- This is not just email or chat support — you’ll be on the phone daily
Who This Is For
- Recent grads (business, communications, finance, or any field — degree not required)
- Early-career candidates (0–2 years) who want hands-on exposure to real businesses
- People with strong people skills and a hunger to learn
- Individuals with a genuine interest in business, entrepreneurship, or investing (you’re curious how companies work)
You don’t need experience in M&A, finance, or sales — we’ll train you on everything — but this role is best suited for someone who is excited to learn about businesses and speak with owners daily.
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in customer success, sales, or support
Compensation
- $3,000 – $3,500 CAD/month base
- Performance bonus
based on activity (calls handled, response times, follow-ups), quality (clear notes, accurate info, professionalism), and ownership (staying on top of tasks, not letting things slip)
- 1099 contractor role
- Fully remote
