Salon Manager / Lead Stylist

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Salon Manager, who enjoys working in a performance-driven salon environment where strong leadership, great customer service, and sales results are recognized and rewarded. Someone loves both leadership and working behind the chair. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building a team, driving sales, and creating a great experience for every guest. You will lead a team of about 5 stylists, set the tone for the salon, and help grow the business while continuing to service your own clients.​

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coach a team of approximately 5 stylists
• Work behind the chair and provide excellent hair services for both Men, Woman's and kids.
• Lead by example on customer service and sales
• Build salon revenue through add-on services, upgrades, and retail
• Keep the team motivated, productive, and visible to customers
• Help with scheduling, training, and daily operations
• Ensure the salon stays busy and profitable

• Proven ability to increase salon sales and client retention
• Confident working on the floor and leading by example
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems

Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
