What You’ll Be Doing

• Equipment Management Excellence: Perform and oversee comprehensive tester installation, re‑configuration, and upgrade activities while identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Technical Support & Training: Provide field service level repair and debugging services to production lines and other departments while delivering technical training to line personnel and other staff members for enhanced operational capabilities.
• Strategic Technical Analysis: Provide technical gap analysis of new hardware, software, and license requirements while coordinating with OEM and machine suppliers on project costing and lead time management for optimal procurement decisions.
• Quality & Audit Support: Support audit visits and render assistance in solving outstanding and quality issues, utilizing your expertise in Quality Management Systems including Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Educational Foundation: Degree in Electronics Engineering or any relevant discipline providing strong technical foundation for understanding complex test equipment systems and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of related working experience with specialized knowledge and hands‑on experience with equipment, testers, handlers, and other semiconductor manufacturing tools.
• Technical Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills on equipment maintenance and repair combined with semiconductor programming and application skills for effective test equipment support and optimization.
• Quality Management Knowledge: Exposure to Quality Management Systems including Problem Solving, SPC (Statistical Process Control), DOE (Design of Experiments), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodologies.

Other Information

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5:15 pm

Salary: Basic $3,500 – $4,500 + AWS + VB
