IT Trainer – D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Toronto, Canada (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite per week)
Initial 3-Month Contract

SmartCo Consultancy are supporting a leading global client on a major ERP Finance Transformation Programme. As the programme approaches its final stages and go-live, we are urgently seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) IT Trainer to support end-user readiness, training delivery, and successful adoption across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme and play a key role in ensuring users are equipped to effectively utilise the new D365 F&O platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training workshops
- Adapt training content to suit different business functions and user groups
- Support user adoption activities during rollout and post-go-live phases
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders across multiple global regions
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Previous experience supporting ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programmes
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing structured training content and learning materials
- Ability to engage diverse audiences across global teams
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to large-scale global transformation programmes
- Understanding of Finance and Operations business processes
