What you'll do

• Conect & Meet with qualified buyer and investor clients to understand their goals
• Guide clients through the pre-construction purchase process from first call to signed APS
• Manage your sales pipeline with prompt follow-up and consistent communication
• Stay sharp on GTA pre-con market trends, project launches, and developer promotions
• Attend team meetings and project launch events

What we're looking for

• Valid Ontario real estate license (RECO registered)
• Hunger to grow your income and close more deals
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of GTA real estate and ideally pre-construction market
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
