A leading Luxury Hospitality Group in India with a distinguished portfolio of Luxury Hotels, Resorts and curated Guest Experiences across iconic destinations is looking for a Corporate DOFB .

Scope of the Role

The Corporate Director – Food & Beverage will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the overall F&B strategy, operations, and guest experience across all existing properties as well as upcoming projects within the group.

This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in F&B within Luxury Hospitality, who can combine strategic vision with operational excellence to elevate F&B performance across the portfolio.

The role will work closely with senior leadership, Hotel General Managers, and culinary teams to ensure consistency, innovation, and profitability across all F&B offerings.

Objectives of the Role

  • Drive F&B revenue growth and profitability across all properties
  • Elevate guest dining experiences through innovation and service excellence
  • Standardize F&B operations and quality benchmarks across the portfolio

Key Responsibilities

F&B Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive F&B strategy aligned with the organization’s brand positioning and growth plans.

Operations Excellence

Oversee end-to-end F&B operations across properties, ensuring consistency in quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

Concept Development & Innovation

Lead the creation and evolution of dining concepts, menus, and experiences to stay ahead of market trends and guest expectations.

Financial Performance

Drive revenue optimization, cost control, and profitability across all F&B outlets while maintaining premium standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with General Managers, Chefs, and functional heads to ensure seamless execution of F&B initiatives.

Talent Development

Build, mentor, and lead F&B teams across properties, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • 20+ years of experience in F&B with 5-star or Luxury Hospitality Organisations
  • Strong exposure to multi-property or Corporate-level F&B leadership roles
  • Proven track record in driving F&B performance and guest satisfaction
  • Experience in pre-opening projects and concept development will be an advantage
