Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years Salesforce development (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred)
• 3+ years: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
• 3+ years: Salesforce data model, security model, and public sector solutions
• 3+ years: Configuring case management solutions; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• 3+ years: API integrations and DevOps tools
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification OR Salesforce Administrator/App Builder Certification

Key Roles & Responsibiltities

• Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Flows, OmniStudio, Apex/LWC
• Integrate Salesforce with business applications via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft
• Implement CTI integration using Verizon Virtual Contact Center (VCC)
• Implement NYS Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) integration
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and sandbox management
• Write unit tests, perform peer reviews, and support UAT
• Maintain technical design documentation, deployment scripts, and configuration guides
