Job Description
- Welcome customers and understand vehicle service concerns
- Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards based on customer complaints
- Explain required repairs, service packages, and estimated costs clearly
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for repair updates
- Provide accurate delivery timelines to customers
- Upsell value-added services, accessories, and extended warranty plans
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers during service process
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery after service completion
- Verify billing accuracy before handing over vehicles
- Maintain service records in CRM / DMS systems
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
