Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
• Perform account reconciliation, including bank reconciliation and account analysis
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and account statements
• Assist with payroll processing and related bookkeeping activities
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation for audit purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
• Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting principles is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze financial data accurately and prepare comprehensive reports
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Prior experience in account reconciliation and financial statement preparation is highly desirable

Pay: $37,532.36-$128,486.41 per year
