Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests. This role is key to maintaining a welcoming environment while supporting daily property operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and prospective residents
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Respond to general inquiries about the property
  • Monitor lobby and common areas for policy compliance
  • Manage guest parking registration
  • Coordinate with vendors and handle deliveries
  • Receive, log, sort, and distribute packages– high volume
  • Maintain accurate and detailed shift logs and report incidents or service requests
  • Issue amenity keys and assist with resident/guest access as needed
  • Support management with additional property-related tasks

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Professional, dependable, and able to multitask and work independently
  • Fluent in English with a consistent work history
  • Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Indoor work environment with moderate noise levels
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
