Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests. This role is key to maintaining a welcoming environment while supporting daily property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and prospective residents
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Respond to general inquiries about the property
- Monitor lobby and common areas for policy compliance
- Manage guest parking registration
- Coordinate with vendors and handle deliveries
- Receive, log, sort, and distribute packages– high volume
- Maintain accurate and detailed shift logs and report incidents or service requests
- Issue amenity keys and assist with resident/guest access as needed
- Support management with additional property-related tasks
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional, dependable, and able to multitask and work independently
- Fluent in English with a consistent work history
- Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Indoor work environment with moderate noise levels
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
