Urgent Requirement of Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring metrics

2. Employee On boarding & Off boarding

• Conduct orientation and induction programs
• Ensure smooth on boarding and documentation
• Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews

3. Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and grievances
• Foster a positive workplace culture
• Support engagement activities and initiatives

4. Performance Management

• Assist in setting KPIs and performance review processes
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance
• Support appraisal cycles

5. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Prepare HR reports and documentation

6. Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Update and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle audits and statutory requirements

7. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
• Support employee skill development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR or similar role
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Calendar

· Experience working with recruitment and hiring portals (e.g., job boards, Naukri platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• Experience with HR analytics tools

Gender - Male / Female (Married)

Maximum of 5 years of experience with a single organization

Salary 35 to 40 Monthly

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
