A leading, multi-specialty healthcare organization is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Administration at its Gurukul location.

Role: Head – Administration

Location: Gurukul

Experience: 12–18 years

Compensation: Market-aligned (not a constraint for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end hospital operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Drive operational excellence and enhance patient experience across the journey
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and optimize revenue streams
• Implement cost-control initiatives and improve business outcomes
• Lead patient service excellence initiatives and grievance management
• Build strong relationships with doctors, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
• Lead, mentor, and develop administrative and support teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management or related field
• Proven leadership experience in hospital administration
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
