Senior DTC Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

Skylar Partners is looking for an experienced DTC Google Ads Specialist to help scale profitable ecommerce products and campaigns.

We already have products performing successfully on Google Ads, and we’re looking for someone who understands how to scale beyond the initial winning phase while maintaining strong efficiency and profitability.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, ecommerce scaling, and data-driven decision making. We are not looking for a beginner or a generic account manager — we want someone who thinks like an operator and has real experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Scale profitable Google Ads campaigns across DTC ecommerce brands
• Manage and optimize Performance Max and Shopping campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities
• Improve ROAS/MER while increasing spend
• Optimize product feeds and campaign structures
• Test product segmentation and scaling strategies
• Collaborate on landing page, offer, and creative strategy
• Monitor performance trends, attribution, and customer behavior
• Continuously identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands with Google Ads
• Strong understanding of Performance Max and Shopping campaigns
• Experience managing significant monthly ad spend
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of ecommerce conversion funnels
• Ability to make strategic scaling decisions based on data
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Self-starter with an operator mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with apparel/fashion ecommerce brands
• Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Hyros, and attribution tools
• Understanding of creative strategy and direct response marketing
• Experience scaling viral or trend-driven products
