About the Role Skybound Getaways is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers with questions, service requests, and general support while helping create a positive experience for every client.

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms

Assist clients with service requests and updates

Provide clear and accurate information about company services and policies

Maintain organized customer records in internal systems

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
