Senior System Administrator – L2/L3 | AD / Intune / VMware / Azure AD

Role: Systems Administrator (L2/L3) – Infrastructure Operations

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Hours: Overlap with CST

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator (L2/L3) to support enterprise infrastructure operations across identity, endpoint, virtualization, and security platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on administration, troubleshooting, and operational support in a U.S.-aligned environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, and RBAC
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint compliance
• Support Windows Server (2016–2022), DNS, DHCP, and file systems
• Manage VMware vSphere environments (VM provisioning, snapshots, troubleshooting)
• Handle network troubleshooting (VPN, VLANs, firewall rules, Fortinet/Cisco)
• Support security tools like Tanium, Zscaler, and endpoint encryption
• Monitor backups, patching, and system health
• Manage tickets, documentation, and escalation via ITSM tools

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of System Administration experience
• Strong expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Hands-on experience with VMware and Windows Server
• Familiarity with Zscaler, Tanium, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of networking (VPN, VLANs, firewalls)
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting
