Export Logistics Coordinator (India)

Job Shift :- Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Oversee export planning, booking, and logistics operations while ensuring accurate record maintenance.
• Fulfill purchase orders in a cost-productive manner and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability and timely container loading as per client contract terms.
• Guarantee delivery of materials in the right quantity, quality, place, and time.
• Ensure stuffed containers are returned cost-effectively to destination ports to meet vessel schedules.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes regarding freight charges, maintaining proper documentation.
• Monitor freight rates (ocean and road), expand the company’s freight forwarder and drayage network, and negotiate competitive pricing to reduce costs.
• Release Switch Bills of Lading (SWBs) or Original Bills of Lading (OBLs) upon vessel arrival at destination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and trucking partners.
• Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness objectives across logistics operations.
• Obtain and issue correct vessel schedules from shipping lines or freight forwarders for booked slots.
• Support documentation and accounting teams with required paperwork and assist in resolving client queries.
• Maintain daily MIS reports for operational tracking and reporting.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via email and other communication channels.
• Assist the purchase department in handling customer/agent queries related to freight and drayage pricing.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and agencies while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
