Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram for a Transportation Coordinator.

The Transportation

Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing daily transportation operations, coordinating deliveries, communicating with clients and partners, and ensuring timely and efficient distribution of goods. Additional responsibilities may include overseeing logistics schedules, resolving transport issues, optimizing routes, and maintaining compliance with operational and safety regulations. The coordinator will work closely with the operations and customer service teams to enhance the overall transportation process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Transportation Management to efficiently plan and execute logistics operations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and in-house teams
• Superior Organization Skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure timelines are met
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges effectively
• Familiarity with transportation regulations, compliance standards, and industry software is a plus
• Previous experience in a transportation or logistics role is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
