Project Coordinator (Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in handling projects, coordinating with various departments within the organization, and managing resources effectively.
• Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients during calls and emails.
• Managing client receivables, planning monthly retention, and documenting client requests for timely feedback and follow-up actions.
• Achieving strategic customer objectives and account plans while maintaining a positive and 'get things done' attitude.
• Leading solution development efforts to address customer needs and coordinating necessary actions with the internal team.
• Maintaining a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients to manage performance objectives and assess customer needs.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Technical Skills preferred.
• Good relationship building skills with internal, external, and cross-cultural stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Preferred location for the role is Noida.
