Job Role- CRM / Patient Care Coordinator

Location- Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Noida Sector 36

Job Description -

We are looking for a confident & empathetic counselor to guide patients on skin, hair & laser treatments.

Key Responsibilities -

• Counsel walk-in & telephonic patients about skin, hair, and laser treatments
• Explain treatment plans, pricing, and packages to patients
• Handle patient queries and follow-ups to ensure high conversion
• Maintain patient records in CRM and coordinate with doctors
• Achieve monthly targets for consultations & bookings

Requirements -

• Graduate in any stream | 2+ year experience in counseling/sales preferred
• Excellent communication & convincing skills in Hindi & English
• Experience in healthcare/beauty/wellness industry is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge for CRM handling
• Pleasing personality with patient-friendly approach

Salary & Perks
