Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in managing customer tickets, service requests, and support queries

Support issue tracking, escalation, and documentation processes

Coordinate with teams to streamline ticket handling workflows

Maintain accurate records of tickets and customer interactions

Assist in operational support and service coordination
