About The Role

This is a 9-month fixed-term full-time opportunity where you’ll deliver high-quality business training and academic support to students. Based in a collaborative learning environment, you’ll bring energy, structure and real-world experience into the classroom while supporting learners to succeed.

Job Description

What you will be doing

• Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based business training
• Plan lessons aligned to programme requirements and adapt content to suit learners
• Mark assessments, provide feedback, and manage reassessments within required timeframes
• Support students with learning needs and connect them to additional support where required
• Maintain accurate reporting on learner progress, results and programme outcomes
• Work collaboratively with academic staff to enhance programme delivery

Desired Skills And Experience

What you will bring

• Hold a NZ Diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Hold or be open to obtaining with Skills’ Group support, qualification 4098 (assessment of learning)
• Hold an adult teaching qualification (or be willing to complete with support)
• Strong knowledge of business systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, MYOB)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse learners
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed
