Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in non-sales and corporate hiring, with a knack for headhunting passive candidates who aren't actively looking. • Experience: 1–2 Years
• Compensation: Fixed CTC – 5 LPA + Performance Based Incentives

What you'll be doing:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for non-sales roles across product, tech, ops, marketing, and other functions.
• Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future non-sales hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires|

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience with a focus on non-sales roles
• Proven headhunting ability in passive sourcing, cold outreach, talent mapping
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals
• Experience hiring for tech, ops, marketing, or product functions
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Prior experience in EdTech, startup, or high-growth company is a strong plus
